About the firm

Two generations.
One discipline.

Wyatt Sparks is a family firm: a father and a son who ran operations and growth at some of the largest companies in America, and came home to do the work for companies where it counts double.

What we've done

The firm's track record, told straight.

We've valued businesses for owners who needed the real number: for a bank, a partner, the family, or a plan. We've built growth strategies for mid-market companies and handed them off working, and taken fractional seats when the work required an operator in the chair. We've sat in the middle of transactions, doing the diligence and the middle work between buyer and seller until the numbers held. We built our own AI company, Virsyn, and exited through its partnership with C4SaaS. And we've put our own money into small businesses along the way, which is the strongest reason we know to get a valuation right.

We are not investment bankers and we are not M&A attorneys, and we won't pretend to be either. We do the operator's part of the work: making sure the number is real before anyone acts on it.

Why it's a family firm

The discipline is inherited.

One of us spent twenty-nine years leading enterprise operations. The other built his career stress-testing numbers and then hitting them as an operator. Different careers, same spine: say what's true, build the number forward from facts, and never promise what the team can't deliver. That's not a methodology we adopted. It's how this family talks at dinner.

And underneath all of it, one belief: building businesses is building communities. The jobs, the vendors, the families behind both. That's the lagging indicator we actually care about.

The principals

Two operators. Every seat between them.
